Account & Access

No need to remember a password! Just head to the My nudges page and click the login button.

Here’s how it works:

  • Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a 6-digit code.
  • Pop that code in, and you’ll land on your account page.
  • From there, click the nudge. logo at the top to return to the homepage, then navigate back to My nudges from the menu to access your content.

Subscribers unlock the full toolkit automatically.
Non-subscribers can still enjoy free conversation tools.

This can happen if Shopify hasn't fully updated your login session yet (it’s a bit of a system quirk).

To fix it, just:

  • Log out by clicking the account icon in the top right (or in the drawer menu).
  • Return to the My nudges page and log back in using your email and the 6-digit code we send you.

This will refresh your access, and your Nudges will load as expected. If you need help, reach out to us at support@nudge.nz.

Sometimes emails can take a few minutes or land in spam. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folders. Still no luck? Try the login process again or contact us at support@nudge.nz.

Your email address is how we recognise you—there’s no direct way to change it right now. If you need help, get in touch at support@nudge.nz, and we’ll see what we can do.

No passwords needed here! Your login is via email + a 6-digit code we send you—super simple, no reset required.

Make sure you’re using the same email you used to sign up for your subscription. If you log in with a different email, we won’t recognise you as a subscriber. Double-check, and if you’re still stuck, drop us a line at support@nudge.nz.

Nope! You’ll be prompted to log in the first time you access My nudges. Just enter your email, get the code, and you’re in.

Subscription & Payments

Go to your account page, click 'Manage Subscription', and follow the prompts. We use Appstle to securely manage all subscriptions. If you need help, get in touch with us at support@nudge.nz.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted system.

Yes, absolutely. We never store your card details. All payments are handled securely via Shopify’s encrypted system, and subscriptions are managed through Appstle to keep your data safe.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of your billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan). We’ll charge the card you used at sign-up. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

  • 30 seconds – 5 minutes: Quick refresh? Check out the See It Quick for a bite-sized snapshot of the model before diving into action.
  • 10–20 minutes: Need a bit more? Watch the video and explore the Grab and Go resource for practical tools, expert insights, and real-life examples.
  • 30 minutes (or longer): Ready for deep learning? Dive into the microlearning module—a guided walkthrough of the full Nudge that you can revisit anytime.

Navi is your personal leadership coach—powered by AI, trained on the nudge toolkit, and ready to guide you through real-world leadership challenges. Whether you’re facing a tricky conversation or just want a fresh perspective, Navi helps you apply the tools you’ve got access to. It’s like having a coach in your pocket—always ready to help you lead better, one nudge at a time.

Head to the My nudges page, and you’ll see the Navi chat window. Just type what’s on your mind—whether it’s a challenge you’re facing, a decision you need to make, or a nudge you want to apply—and Navi will coach you through it. Think of it as a friendly, practical guide who’s there to help you reflect, problem-solve, and take action.

Ask anything you’d ask a coach—questions like:

  • "I’m preparing for a one-on-one—how can I give feedback that sticks?"
  • "What’s a good way to handle pushback in a team meeting?"
  • "Can you remind me how the Feedback Nudge works?"
