Welcome to nudge.nz, a digital service provided by Real Learning.

By purchasing or accessing our digital subscription (including microlearning modules, nudges, videos, and course content), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, animations, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of Real Learning Ltd or its licensors. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in New Zealand and internationally.

You may not:

  • Share, copy, distribute, or publish our content without explicit written permission
  • Use our materials for commercial purposes, resell them, or host them on any other platform
  • Claim ownership or authorship of our resources

Each subscription provides a personal licence for one individual. Group or team access must be arranged separately with Real Learning.

Misuse & Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect sharing beyond licence terms, including:

  • Sharing login credentials
  • Downloading and distributing materials
  • Accessing or attempting to access content not included in your subscription

No refunds will be issued in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.

Refunds & Access

All sales are final. As our products are digital, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access is granted, unless required by New Zealand consumer law.

If you encounter issues accessing your product, please contact our team and we’ll sort it quickly.

Monitoring & Enforcement

We may monitor access activity, login frequency, and download attempts to protect our intellectual property. Unauthorised use may result in suspension, legal action, or both.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site or your subscription indicates acceptance of any changes.
